We start to download files early in the morning at your stipulated time.
All the work assigned will be done in three steps.
1. Transcription. Our transcriptionists are 2+ years experienced.
2. Proofread. All our editors are 6+ years experienced.
3. QA. Our QAs have an experience of 12+ years.
The documents are all brought to direct upload quality (99%).
All the transcription work is carried out by highly experienced and self motivated transcribers.
They will apply prescribed templates.
We will download the files from your secure server and post them back once they are ready in your stipulated time.
