Candidates will provide medical transcription services to 4 large acute care hospitals located in the Philadelphia area that are new clients of Transcend Services, Inc.

Available hours are:
· Tu-Sa or Su-Th beginning no earlier than 11:00 a.m. in your time zone, going forward 8 hours.

Acute care MLS are needed to work on the Bayscribe platform. This platform is TRANSCRIPTION ONLY, NO VOICE RECOGNITION.

Applicants must have 5+ years of current work experience providing medical transcription services for acute care facilities with over 100 beds and must have worked with at least 50 dictators.

We require a minimum test score of 95% for both the English and Medical Terminology tests. Please take your time when taking the test. There is no timeout.

In addition to a highly competitive line rate (65 characters including spacebar) and direct deposit, we offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, long and short term disability, and 10 days per year PTO accrual at $12/hr for FT status only. PTO and benefits begin AFTER 120 days of employment.

Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years recent full-time work experience doing medical transcription for acute care facilities with 100 or more beds.
• Experience with the 4 major work types is preferred
• Ability to reach and maintain a 98% accuracy
• Experience working with English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) dictators is required
• Candidates MUST have access to high-speed Internet (DSL, cable modem, wireless, or satellite) service.
• Must be able to work immediately in the US
