Remote Pain Management Coder

Mommy Jobs Online (https://mommyjobsonline.com) is now looking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Pain Management Coder to work in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Perform diagnostic and procedural coding for outpatient Pain management medical records. Apply the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to the record according to the coding guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC.
Experience with 3M Encoder preferred. One year of experience in ICD-10-CM or CPT is preferred.
One to two years coding experience is preferred.
Must possess strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, Anatomy, Physiology, Clinical Medicine, Medical Terminology, and The Official ICD 10/CPT Coding Guidelines.
Should be detail orientated, with good verbal, written, interpersonal and computer skills. Must be a self-starter, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to work remotely from home.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
